3rd Axis Motion Control
The Quick Circuit QCJ5 featuring full 3rd Axis motion control provides you with the ability to approach prototyping requirements that standard XY milling machines are incapable of performing. Pocket mill microwave boards, de-panel populated boards, repair circuit boards, fabricate microwave enclosures, create panels and housings, mill mechanical parts.
Automatic Tool Change
The Quick Circuit QCJ5 is available with automated tool change system choices that range from 12 to 32 positions. The required tooling is changed during the actual milling process. Your project runs unattended and uninterrupted, adding valuable time back into an Engineer’s day.
Automatic Depth Control
The Quick Circuit QCJ5 provides software controlled depth of cut settings, ensuring the highest level of precision and accuracy in all milling procedures.
Pre-Touch Pressure Foot System
The Quick Circuit QCJ5 features a state of the art pneumatic pre-touch pressure foot that applies evenly distributed pressure to the substrate, securing the material to the table prior to the drilling or milling operation. Drill 100 micron-.004” holes with controlled feed rates and precision. The Quick Circuit QCJ5 is ideal for working with delicate materials such as Rogers TMM, RO3000/4000/5000/6000 and other soft or flexible circuit board materials.
Front Panel Controls
The Quick Circuit QCJ5’s front panel provides local control of common system commands such as; Spindle speed, Tool change, Jog, Feed and Speed rates, Home position, pressure foot settings, vacuum table settings, Z-axis settings, and system pause to name a few.
Accelerated Precision and Accuracy
The Quick Circuit QCJ5 produces resolutions as fine as .006 mm (.00025”) with traverse speeds as high as 150 in/min. The system is available with a choice of 60,000 or 100,000 rpm high performance variable speed spindles. The QCJ5 offers increased operating range across a wide variety of substrates, providing the precision required when creating Microwave and High Frequency prototypes. T-Tech’s industry leading IsoPro software allows users to become productive immediately. View and edit standard CAD output, create single or multiple isolation paths, specify partial or complete copper removal. IsoPro software provides a simple to learn method of controlling milling, drilling and routing procedures. This intuitive software program is included with the purchase of all Quick Circuit Systems.
Vacuum Table
Create your prototypes on substrates ranging from FR4, to thin and flexible materials with precision and confidence. The vacuum table is equipped with four independent zones, allowing users to direct the flow of air to specific work areas. The vacuum table secures materials to the precision flat surface, ensuring an accurate depth of cut and reducing the potential for damage to small or fragile prototypes.
Integrated Sound Enclosure
The integrated Sound Enclosure encapsulates the Quick Circuit QCJ5 with sound dampening acoustical foam, reducing noise level to a quite 63db while providing a safe working environment during the operation of your Quick Circuit System.
