New to Sales
T|TECH welcomes Robert Keys to the sales department. Robert brings over a decade of solid sales experience and is eager to assist with all your tooling and material needs. He hails from the Midwest and like most of us here at T|Tech Robert is a dog lover, he has a Jack Russell and a Hound dog. Service Agreements
T-Tech, Inc. would like to remind all of our users about our service program. This program covers system failures for a period of one year and allows a full service “Tune-up” on the equipment to make sure that your system is performing within factory specifications once a year . All prototyping systems within the one year warranty period are eligible for a service contract . Systems that are outside of the warranty period are also eligible for a service contract with a pre-evaluation or service of the equipment. Some of the benefits of the service contract are a discounted rental price for a loaner system, priority status should the equipment need to come back to us for a problem, and free return shipping to your location.
